All orders are shipped in approximately 2 days. All online orders must be placed before 3 pm EST on Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday as UPS does not deliver on weekends. Orders place after Wednesday will ship the following Monday.

Shipping rates are based on destination and weight and we only ship within the USA. We do not ship to PO Boxes. We do not issue refunds due to delay of shipment due to holidays, incorrect shipping address, major storm related delivery issues, and problems beyond our control.

Please make sure you have someone available to accept your package. We are not responsible for packages left at door or someone else address that you designate if you are not available. If there is a problem with your order, please contact us immediately.
